The twelve ideas were highly appreciated by our client. Employees were divided into subgroups who first had to select one of the themes. This discussion exercise allowed them to see the different personalities and qualities of each participant.
As a result, employees have learned to know each other better. They had the chance to discern the leaders who proposed to occupy the leading roles of those more reserved. Several positions were available in order to satisfy the interests of each: writers, writers, props, directors or actors.
