In the fall of 2017, Desjardins Insurance's retirement saving's group commissioned NESSS to create a unique event to mobilize its pan-Canadian teams. The mandate was to create a tailor made team building activity followed by a cocktail / party with dancing. 4 corporate values ​​(simple, humane, modern and powerful) were to be reflected in the activity. The logistical challenge was significant because it required more than 200 people to be reunited in a location near a Metro station, with a very specific time slot and some unilingual anglophone or francophone participants. These constraints had to be respected throughout the event. 

NESSS offered us a team building activity tailored to our needs, namely the design of TV spots. The activity was a great success with our participants. Its playful, creative, and original side permitted a pleasant interaction between the participants and created cohesiveness within our teams. Each detail had been planned by NESSS in the months preceding the activity, which made the day even more exceptional. NESSS was able to approach the technological aspect by allowing participants to vote live on their phone for the best TV spot during the projection of all the spots during the cocktails. A delicious cocktail party and a smores bar entertained our guests throughout the evening in the magnificent Salle de l'Usine C, decorated for the occasion by NESSS.
