There is an expression that says, "We do not choose our family, but friends are the family we choose." Unfortunately, this motto does not apply to your co-workers! Certainly, if you are an employer, you choose the members who make up your team of employees and the atmosphere that reigns within the walls of your company.
Because your employees do not necessarily have to see themselves in a non-business context - even though it's the perfect time to build relationships, you need more opportunities to bring them together. The working atmosphere will be greatly improved, and performance will only increase if your employees are happy.

Riddles based on your five senses to solve, which will help you to help your employees. From 10 to 500 people can participate in this activity from one to two hours .
The choir
Singing, there is nothing more unifying than this activity! Put yourself in the shoes of a choir and let yourself be guided by a voice coach. From 25 to 200 people can participate in this activity from two to three hours .
The cellarman
Test your taste and your sense of smell in this extraordinary olfactory challenge. You will have to put the wine list in order, and as a bonus, you discover the nose - fine or not - of your colleagues! More than 10 people can participate in this activity from 30 minutes to two thirty .
Group painting
Take the artist out and create a mural with your colleagues. Whether it's a calculated brushstroke or abstract art, you'll get to know the artistic side of your team with this two-hour activity . Ideal for 10 to 200 people .
The kitchen
The kitchen has been in fashion for some time, so why not use it wisely? Put on your chef's hat and create a menu with your co-workers. Ideal activity for small teams from 15 to 35 people . Duration: three to four hours .
Investigation
Even if you think you know it, the city of Montreal is full of secrets. Get together and transform yourself into a police team that is trying to solve an investigation in a neighborhood of the city. Six different courses are available at any time of the year in different parts of the city. Two hours are required for this activity which is in both small and large groups !

An idea overseas to finish ...
It's no secret, our European neighbors have a sense of spectacle! A team building from Paris proposes to imagine the concept of a machine that rolls from reflection to design. In small teams, the activity proposes to think about the machine, to negotiate the parts with builders, to build the car and finally to run it with the other machines that your colleagues will have built. It makes you want to move, does not it?
